Getting started with Kerjamail

The guidelines for using Kerjamail service.

#1. Adding the first domain

After the payment successful and the product that you buy has been activated, the first step you have to do is to add the first domain into your Kerjamail product.

Follow these steps below :

1. Login to member.kirim.email then click “Manage Domain” button into your Kerjamail product.

2. Click “Add Domain” button on “Manage Domain” page.

3. Insert your domain name then select the capacity of Mega Byte (MB) in the provided fields. After that, Click “Submit” button.

4. Click “OK” button on “success!” notification.

Your first domain added successfully.


1.1. Domain Verification

After you successed adding the first domain in the Kerjamail system, to verify the domain please do the following steps:

1. Click “Manage Data” button on your first domain.

2. Click “COPY” button to copy the verification code.

3. Open your DNS Manager, add new record by TXT type and paste the verification code that you have been copied on value section and then Save.

4. Return to “Kerjamail” page and Click “Verify button”.

5. Click “OK” button on the “Are You Sure?” notification.

6. Click “OK” button on the “domain verification success” notification.

7. Now your domain status has been changed to verified.

1.2. Do the pointing

The next step after domain verification is pointing. To do the pointing, please follow the instruction below:

1. Click “Manage Data” button on the domain that has been verified.

2. Click the “Pointing” tab.

There are 5 records that you need to add to the DNS Manager. For the details, please do the following instructions.

1.2.1. MX Record

1. Click the “MX Record” tab.

2. Follow the instruction provided.

3. Click the “MX Lookup” button. If your status column remind mark with across within 1×24 hours, please open https://mxtoolbox.com/ , insert your domain on the “Domain Name” section + Click “MX Lookup” button.

If you see the image below, it means your MX Record has been added successfully.

1.2.2. CNAME Record 1

1. Click “CNAME Record 1”.

2. Follow the instruction.

3. Continue to “CNAME Record 2”.

1. Click “CNAME Record 2

2. Follow the instruction.

3. Continue the SPF Record.

1.2.4. SPF Record

1. Click “SPF/TXT Record”.

2. Follow the instruction.

3. Continue to DKIM Record.

1.2.5. DKIM Record

1. Click “DKIM/TXT Record”.

2. Follow the provided instruction.

3. Done.

1.2.5.1. Obtaining DKIM Value

To obtain the DKIM Value, please follow these steps:

1. To get the DKIM value, click DKIM button.

2. Click “Enable DKIM” button.

3. Click “OK” button on the “Are You Sure?” notification.

4. Click “ OK” button on the “DKIM_Added” notification.

5. Copy DKIM Value on DKIM/TXT filed and paste your DNS Manager.


1.3. Managing the mailbox

After you succeeded with the pointing, the next step is managing the mailbox. Here you could add, edit and delete the existing mailbox.

1.3.1. Adding the first mailbox

To add your first mailbox, please follow these instruction:

1. Click “Manage Data” button on your domain.

2. Click “Mailbox Users” and Click “Create Mail User” button.

3. Fill in the provided fields such as: Name, Username, Password, Confirm Password and Quota in Mega Byte (MB). Click “Save” button when you are done.

4. Click “OK” button on the Mailbox Added notification.

5. Your first Mailbox added successfully.

1.3.2. Editing the mailbox

To edit the mailbox, please follow the instruction below:

1. Click “Edit” button on the desire username.

2. Edit the provided field + click “Save” button

3. Click “OK” button on the “Are You Sure?” notification.

4. Click “OK” button on the “mailbox_modified” notification.

5. Done.

1.3.3. Adding the second mailbox and so forth

To add the second mailbox and so forth, please follow these instruction:

1. Click “Create Mail User” button.

2. Fill in the provided fields + click “Save” button.

3. Click “OK” button the “mailbox_added” notification.

4. The second Maibox and so forth added successfully.

1.3.4. Deleting the mailbox

To delete the mailbox, please choose the username and click “DELETE” button on the Action column.

#2. Adding the second domain and so forth

To add the second domain and so forth, please follow the instruction:

1. Login to member.kirim.email and then click Manage Domain button on your Kerjamail product.

2. Click “Add Domain” button

3. Insert your domain name and capacity in Mega Byte (MB) + click “Submit” button.

4. Click “OK” button on the “Are You Sure?” notification.

5. Click “OK” button on the “success!” notification.

6.Your second domain has been added successfully.

7. Verify your second domain.

8. Pointing your second domain as shown above.

9. Manage your mailbox.

10. Done.

#3. How to access Kerjamail

#3.1. Use Browser

To access Kerjamail through your browser, please follow these steps below:

1. Enter the member.kirim.email page and Click “Manage Domain” on your Kerjamail product.

2. Choose the domain you’d like to access and Click “Managa Data” button.

3. Click “Webmail” button.

4. Login with your email and password.

5. Done.
