Today, we have an important announcement regarding your Kerjamail account.
We are thrilled that the Kerjamail community continues to grow.
To ensure our servers stay blazing fast, stable, and reliable for everyone, we need to perform routine maintenance and server cleanups.
One of the necessary steps we must take is clearing out data from accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
So, our plan is that on May 13, 2026, our system will permanently delete all Kerjamail accounts that are currently expired and haven’t been renewed.
How does this affect you?
If your account remains in the expired status on that date, all of its contents—including your inbox, sent emails, drafts, contact lists, and even your account it self—will be deleted alongside it and will be gone forever (unrecoverable).
What do you need to do now?
We really don’t want you to lose vital business communication assets and data just because you missed this info. So, please take less than 2 minutes today to:
- Check your account status: Make sure whether your Kerjamail service is still active, expiring soon, or perhaps already expired.
- Renew immediately: If it turns out your account is expired and you still need your emails and data, please renew your subscription before May 13, 2026.
