This update is designed to enhance your experience using KerjaMail.
Inbox performance will be more stable, storage more flexible, and our service fully equipped to support your growing business needs.
Key changes include:
Adding Domains and Adjusting Email Storage Capacity for a Domain
KERJAMAIL supports full flexibility for adjusting your domain’s storage size whenever you want, with a minimum purchase plan of 69GB and minimum 100MB per new mailbox.
You can add storage to a domain or adjust storage to any size—at least more than current usage—while creating unlimited mailboxes as needed.
Practical Example:
If you have a 69GB Plan and allocate 5GB to one of your domains, but only 3GB is used after a few weeks, you can adjust the domain storage limit to 4GB or more (each mailbox min 100MB), as long as it’s more than 3GB used and the total stays within your 69GB plan.
Adding Domains will also go through a selection process by the KerjaMail team to ensure mutual security.
The selection process takes a maximum of 2×24 hours (48 hours).
