One of the excellence of Kerjamail is flexibility. You can open, send and manage your business email using any email client service, including Gmail.
From this, you can fully access the emails you create with Kerjamail without opening the Kerjamail webmail. You can access everything and manage it through the Gmail application on each of your devices.
Make sure you follow the instructions below.
Reply To The Email with Kerjamail Business Address
Please follow these instructions:
- Please make sure you already have a Google account and have an email address with the @gmail.com extension.
- Login to your Gmail account.
- Click the “Setting (gear icon)” and then click the “See all settings” button.
- In the “Settings” page, click the “Accounts and Import” section.
- In the “Send mail as:” option, click the “Add another email address” link.
- Enter your name and your business account that you’ve made on Kerjamail.co.
- Put a check on the “Treat as an alias” option and click the “Next Step” button.
- Enter the SMTP Server and Port 587. Find the SMTP Server information on the “Mailbox Configuration” section.
- Enter the username (business email address) and your password.
- Select the “Secure connection using TLS (recommended)” option.
- Click the “Add Account” button.
- Check your email address account, copy the code you receive, and paste it into the verification section. After that, click the “Verify” button.
- Your business email address has been successfully added to Gmail.
- Don’t forget to click the “Default” option to make your business email address primary.
At this point, you will be able to reply to incoming emails in Gmail using the business email address that you created with Kerjamail.
Receive Email Using Gmail
Next, we will make the Gmail account that we can use to receive incoming emails from business email addresses. Please follow these instructions:
- In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click the link “Add a mail account”.
- Enter your business email address and click the “Next” button.
- Select the “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” option and click the “Next” button.
- Enter the username with your business email address.
- Enter your password.
- In the “POP Server” section, enter the server that you can get in the “Mailbox Configuration” Kerjamail and select the Port, which is “995”.
- Don’t forget to check the “Leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server” option and the “Always secure user connection (SLL)” option when retrieving the email.
- Click the “Add Account” button.
- Wait for the process, and your email address has been successfully added.
Confirmation
After you have completed the two steps above, there is the last thing you have to do.
- Open your Gmail account and search the subject “Gmail Confirmation”.
- Click the confirmation link that appears on the email.
- Click the “Confirm” button.
- Now the confirmation has been successfully done.
- Done.
After following the steps, you could receive and send the emails.
