What is Provisioning feature?
Provisioning feature in Kerjamail is a feature that enables users to create and add mailboxes in bulk via files in CSV format.
How to use it?
To use the provisioning feature, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to member.kirim.email.
- Click on the active domain connected with your Kerjamail account.
- After that, you’ll go to the Kerjamail Dashboard. Before doing the provisioning, make sure you have enough storage quota first. You can see this information in the Dashboard > Info > Max new mailbox quota. If it’s not enough, then the value shown is 0 bytes.
- Next, click on the Mailbox Users tab > Create Mail User (Upload CSV) button.
- Then the “Create Mail User (Upload CSV)” page will appear. Click on the Example File link to download the template for adding new mailboxes in bulk.
- Open the CSV file you downloaded and replace the default data with the data you have. The default data is in cells A2 to E4. When filling in the Quota Number field, make sure the total does not exceed the maximum number of new mailbox quotas (see Step 3 above). If so, please save your file.
- Then upload your edited CSV file by clicking on the Choose file or the Browse button. Then click on the Upload button.
- Click OK on the Proceed… notification.
- If the mailbox you added doesn’t appear yet, please click right > reload on the Mailbox Users page to see the results.
- The result is as shown in the following image:
- Finished.
What is Deprovisioning feature?
Deprovisioning is the opposite of Provisioning, which means reducing the number of mailboxes in bulk.
