Welcome to the new Kerjamail dashboard. We have updated our system to provide more stable performance, easier domain management, and the latest security features.

This guide will help you through the process of migrating from the old dashboard to the new one, step-by-step. Please ensure you have access to your domain’s DNS Manager (such as Cloudflare, cPanel, or others) before you begin.

Migration Steps

Please follow the steps below in order to ensure a smooth transition.

1. Login to the Member Area

The first step is to log in to your account through the KIRIM.EMAIL Member Area at: https://member.kirim.email

2. Select Kerjamail Service

Once you have successfully logged into the Member Area home page:

  • Find and select the Kerjamail menu on the navigation bar or dashboard.

2. Select Kerjamail Service

Once you have successfully logged into the Member Area home page:

  • Find and select the Kerjamail menu on the navigation bar or dashboard.
  • Click the “Dashboard App” button. You will be redirected to the specific login page for the Kerjamail application.

3. Authorization via KIRIM.EMAIL

On the new dashboard login page:

  • Click the “Login with KIRIM.EMAIL” button.
  • You will be asked to authorize the connection to your data. Please click the “Authorize” button to proceed. The system will automatically sync your mailbox data to the new system.

4. Identifying Domain Status

After entering the new dashboard, open the My Domains menu on the left side.

  • Pay attention to the VerifiedDKIM, and SPF columns.
  • If you see a red icon or text, it means the domain requires DNS adjustments.
  • Click the Actions button and select Manage on the domain you wish to fix.

5. Domain Ownership Verification

This step is performed if the domain status shows as Not Verified:

  • Copy the code that appears in the Verification Code section (in the form of a TXT Record).
  • Open your domain’s DNS Manager. In this example, I am using Cloudflare; if you use another DNS manager, please adjust accordingly.
  • Then add a new TXT Record with the following details:
    • Type: TXT
    • Name: @
    • TTL: Auto. If your DNS Manager does not have an “Auto” option, please fill it with a value of 3600, 7200, or 14400.
    • Content: Paste the code you copied earlier.
  • Click save, and the new record will be stored.
  • Return to the Kerjamail dashboard and click the Verify button.

6. MX Record Configuration (Inbound Email)

To ensure emails are received smoothly in the new system:

  • Click Action on your domain and choose “Pointing Domain”
  • Copy your new MX Record on that page.
  • Go ahead to your DNS Manager & delete the old MX Records (only if they refer to the old server).
  • Add a new MX Record with the following details:
    • Type: MX
    • Name/Host: @
    • Value/Mail Server: (Copy the value displayed on the dashboard)
    • Priority: 10
  • Once saved, please return to the Kerjamail dashboard and click MX Lookup to perform verification.

7. SPF Record Configuration

Next, you need to update the SPF record:

  • Important: If you already have an SPF Record, do not delete it. Simply add include:spf.kirim.email into that record before the ~all part.
  • Example of the final result: v=spf1 +a +mx include:spf.kerjamail.co include:spf.kirim.email ~all
  • If you don’t have one at all, create a new TXT Record with these details:
    • Type: TXT
    • Name: @
    • Content: Copy from the Value column in the Kerjamail dashboard.
    • Proxy status: Off (DNS Only).
    • TTL: Auto.
  • Once saved, return to the Kerjamail Dashboard and click refresh; if successful, the SPF status will change.

8. DKIM Record Configuration (Email Authentication)

The final step for outbound authentication:

  • Copy the Host and Value for DKIM from the Kerjamail dashboard.
  • In your DNS Manager, add a new TXT Record (do not overwrite existing records):
    • Type: TXT
    • Name: Copy-Paste from the Host column in the Kerjamail dashboard.
    • Content: Copy-Paste from the Value column in the Kerjamail dashboard.
    • Proxy status: Off (DNS Only).
    • TTL: Auto.
  • Click save and return to the Kerjamail dashboard, then click Verify.

After all the steps above are completed, you simply need to wait for the DNS propagation process.

This process usually takes a few minutes up to a maximum of 24 hours.

If all statuses in the My Domains menu have turned green (Verified/Active), then your migration process is fully successful. You can now enjoy the Kerjamail service with optimized features and performance.
